In 2022, a few months before I moved to Paris, I got an email from Vanessa about shooting her surprise proposal to her girlfriend Gianna. I was so excited at the thought of capturing love in the streets of Paris as my first gig in the city, of course I accepted the project. Before the shoot, I had a call with V to plan out how and where the proposal would happen. We needed to be discreet and flexible but organized. Because the proposal would be happening at sunset, we decided to add the afternoon on the day after to capture more of their love.  Below are the images from the afternoon walking around the  Seine and the Canal St. Martin with  a bottle of their favorite natural wine.
